Shipping Policy
Delivery of all goods is free. Once dispatched, the items will take 2 to 3 days for delivery. If a parcel is lost, The Hut can only start tracing parcels 14 days after despatch of the package.You can track the status of any of your orders by logging into the My Account section of The Hut's website. Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of your good or provision of the service to you. Return Policy
We offer an "absolute satisfaction" guarantee where you can return any unopened item within 14 days of the date of despatch from our warehouse. We will refund your credit/debit card in full once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days from date of postage).
