Shipping Policy
Delivery is free for all items all the time. Buy any contract, pay as you go (PAYG) or SIM Free mobile phone from us by 13.00 Monday to Friday and we will guarantee that you will receive your order by 13.00 the following day! Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. Tax Policy

In the unlikely event that you would like to return your purchase you have a limited amount of time in which to do so. Phones 4u offer you 7 days to notify us of your intention to return from the date of delivery (Inclusive of the day of delivery), and a further 7 days to return the handset to us.
