Once you have received your Product(s) from Bedstar you have 7 days to decide if you wish to return them. If you decide you do not want the good(s) delivered for what ever reason you may return them back to our warehouse. providing you have not used the goods and returned them back in the original packaging and free of defects then we will happily refund your money minus any shipping costs back to our warehouse. You may deliver the goods back to our warehouse for a full refund or if you would like us to arrange a collection a minimum collection charge of £50 Will be deducted from your credit card refund.Mattresses that have been slept on will not be accepted back unless faulty for hygiene reasons.Please note this does not apply to items that have been specifically tailored to your requirements.More Information
