Your balloon will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post and will be dispatched the day before delivery is requested. Please note that 1st Class deliveries are not guaranteed to arrive on a specific day. If your balloon requires a guaranteed delivery date you should choose a Special Delivery option.While Royal Mail deliver 80 to 90% of 1st Class post next day, there is no guarantee your balloon will arrive on the day chosen.Sorry but refunds for late delivery on balloons sent by 1st Class mail cannot be given.
