Shipping Policy
Delivery is free for all NHS prescription orders and for all orders above £45 in value. We charge a small delivery charge of £2.95 on all other orders. This charge includes packaging, handling and delivery insurance, in addition to postal costs, which we pay to Royal Mail on your behalf. Pharmacy2U also offers guaranteed delivery on the next working day for a charge of £5.50. All orders received before 4.00pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for which we have available stock will be sent that day by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Business Post. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Tax Policy
EU residents pay the VAT inclusive price. Non-EU/exempt residents pay the exclusive price.

Payment Policy
We accept: MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Visa, and American Express.

Return Policy
You can return any unwanted items free of charge within 28 days for a refund or replacement as long as they are unused and are returned with the original packaging. In the event of a refund, please note the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Credit card companies will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
