Delivery will be made to the address specified by you. Please note that our standard delivery of products is within mainland UK (excludes N.Ireland). All deliveries will be made to you by our courier. We do our best to secure delivery within 7 working days of the date of your order. However delivery lead times may vary dependent on the appliance type, manufacturer or stock availability. If you order and specify items with different delivery dates, we will ship them separately and you will be charged a delivery charge each time. The cost for delivery is £19.99 regardless of the number of items delivered, on a particular date. If you are not at home for a pre-arranged delivery then we reserve the right to charge you £19.99 again to redeliver your order. If you wish to change the delivery date once it is agreed then please give us no less than 48 hours notice prior to delivery. If goods are faulty, following confirmation by the manufacturer, you may return them free of charge by calling 0870 458 7 458 . If you do decide to return the goods to us for any other reason we do make a charge of £49.99 for collection. Please do not return any products to Boots stores. Refunds can only be made by the same method used for the purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item within 7 working days of receiving the delivery, please call the Boots Kitchen Appliances customer help line (Tel: 0870 458 7 458 ) and advise a member of our team that you wish to return the product and the reason for return. We will then organize for the goods to be collected by our courier. This is usually collected within 5-7 days. The charge for collecting goods is £49.99 ; this charge reflects the actual cost of collection. Under the terms of the distance selling directive you as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession.More Information
