Shipping Policy
When items are in stock we aim to send them out within 7 days, exceptions being around the Christmas and Sale periods for which please allow 28 days. We will let you know if there will be a delay, offering either to keep the goods on backorder or refund you. Dispatched goods are sent out on a 48 hour delivery but please understand that sometimes there are delays - regrettably no delivery service is infallible, and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed. A next day service is available for urgent orders at a cost of £15. Please place your order by noon for next delivery.

Return Policy
We try at all times to please our customers. If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 5 days and return the goods to: Cath Kidston Ltd. PO BOX 3109, Radstock BA3 4WD. Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please ask at the Post office for a free certificate of postage. Please check carefully before returning any item.
