Shipping Policy
Standard- For mainland UK, we aim to deliver within 3 working days following the date your order is placed. For orders placed between 12pm on a Thursday and the end of the weekend (or bank holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within 3 working days. A signature is required on delivery. Products cannot be deliver to PO Boxes. A working day is Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.At exceptionally busy times, we would send you a personal email if we are experiencing problems with your order. Delivery Areas -We deliver to all UK addresses including BFPO. Delivery Charge -Our standard delivery charge is £4.95. There is one simple delivery charge no matter how many items you have in a SINGLE order. Tax Policy

You can pay by Visa, Delta/Connect, Maestro*, Mastercard or the new Store Visa Account Cards.We do not accept Solo or Visa Electron cards at this stage.* We do not accept international Maestro cards. Payments on these cards will not be processed after an order has been placed.Your credit card will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 28 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on pierced jewelery, cosmetics, underwear or swimwear unless faulty.
