Shipping Policy
Delivery of consumer electronic products within mainland UK will normally be made within 3-5 working days from clearance of payment. Major domestic appliances are normally delivered direct from the Manufacturers and may take up to 5-7 working days from clearance of payment. Delivery of consumer electronic products to Europe may take up to 10 working days. Tax Policy
All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT, and subject to delivery charges which are indicated at the time of placing an order. Payment Policy
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Switch. When ordering you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number, matching the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorization of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 10 days. Return Policy
It is your responsibility to return any such items in excellent condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of the return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products please contact us by email at returns@ajelectronics.co.uk within 7 days from date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 21 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked.
