Any item(s) can be returned for a exchange, if it qualifies under the following terms:You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. The item(s) must be unworn and in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt.Please also note that for Hygiene reasons we are unable exchange underwear and hosiery or any goods that have been damaged while being worn or washed.Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post.
