Shipping Policy
Parcelforce deliver most of these packages. We try to deliver all goods within 5 working days of the order being placed. Parcelforce will not deliver the package if there is no one present to accept the item. In such cases they will take the parcel to the Parcelforce depot for collection or delivery on an alternative day. We strongly recommend that you propose an address where there will always be someone present to receive the delivery. Please allow up to 28 days for out of stock items.

Return Policy
The British Museum Company wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order we will refund the value of the goods supplied provided that they, together with the original invoice, are returned in perfect condition to the address specified on the invoice, within 30 days of delivery. Returned goods should be sent recorded delivery. The British Museum Company will refund you the value of the goods (including delivery costs) within 5 days from receipt of the returned goods without any further charge.
