As soon as you place your order this gift pack will wing its way to you (or the recipient) containing the experience voucher (valid for 6 months from date of purchase), message card, booking instructions and information booklet.Royal Mail Special Delivery is available within the UK for next working day delivery at the following costs but remember someone should be in to sign for it on the day. We offer a fourteen day full refund policy, which means that if you change your mind for any reason within fourteen days from purchase, we will give you a full refund (as long as you have not made a booking or exchanged your voucher). If you request a refund and more than fourteen days have passed since the purchase, we will still offer a refund but there will be a £15.00 administration fee deducted from the total. Refunds may only be made to the purchaser. Please note that we cannot provide a refund on any voucher purchased from one of our retail outlets.
