Tax Policy
Vat is only charged the once. The website shows the value of the item without the vat and with the vat at the time of adding to the basket. When in the basket the price is broken down to show the Without Vat, the VAT price and the Total value of the order.Your invoice will also show these details and will be included in the parcel with your products.

Payment Policy
We accept payment via Google Checkout and the following cards; Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, JCB, Visa, Visa Electron and Visa Debit cards through World Pay. We are happy to accept payment by cheque. Please mail cheques, with a copy of your order, to our address in the contact details. Just complete your order as usual on the website, choose the cheque payment option and at the checkout print your order.

Return Policy
As part of our no quibble guarantee, please note that under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to a "cooling off period". You are entitled to cancel your order seven working days from the day after you receive your goods, for any reason. The regulations state that we must return your money within 30 days. It is our policy that all monies will be returned within 3 working days of cancellation. We will request the return of the goods within a reasonable timescale agreed with each customer.
