We accept payment in Sterling, Euros, English cheques (supported by a valid cheque guarantee card), and credit/debit cards (Switch, Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta and MasterCard). Cheques and credit cards must be supported by a valid passport. Credit card transactions are in Euros at a rate set by your card issuer. The exchange rate we publish in-store applies to cash and cheque transactions only. Return Policy
Majestic offers a sale-or-return facility, and of course we will provide a full refund or replacement for any wines that are faulty. We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us, and will arrange this as necessary at your convenience.The easiest way to return items to us is to have them collected the next time you place an order for delivery; leave a note in the 'Additional Information' box on the Checkout page to let us know what you'd like us to collect and we can credit the value against your order.
