Next day UK courier delivery is free on all orders over £150.00. On orders below £80.00 customers can select from Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery (1-3 days) for £2.49, or next business day courier delivery for £3.99. On orders above £80.00, Next Day UK Courier Delivery is available for £3.99.Initial City-Link (Next Day UK Courier Delivery ) will deliver as standard on a next working day basis. Their service excludes weekends. Therefore, orders placed on Friday before 2pm, will be delivered on Monday. A Saturday Delivery service (pre-Noon) is available, at extra cost, this service is currently charged at £14.99 by Initial City-Link.Initial City-Link will deliver between 9am - 5:30pm on a working day. If you require a more specific timed delivery, there is the option to pay for such a service at the Checkout. Initial City-Link offer various timed services including pre 10:30am, pre Noon and Afternoon delivery. Tax Policy
If your order is being shipped to a Country who is a member of the European Union (EU), you only need to pay standard UK VAT (as included with every price on our website) - there will be no additional charges / Customs Duties when your parcel arrives with you.If your order is being shipped to a Country which is not a member of the European Union, your order will be deducted 17.5% VAT at the Checkout. Standard 7 day return policy: if you do not like / are not satisfied with an item within 7 days of receiving it, you can return the item for a refund or an exchange providing it is in a perfect and resalable condition. We understand you will have to take your purchase out of its box to try it, but the product must be returned in the condition it was received (with any songs etc removed). We reserve the right to refuse returned items or deduct a 10% restocking fee if they are not in a resalable condition when returned.
