Shipping Policy
Shipping and handling is determined by the size, weight and price of the item. When you add a product to the shopping cart it will let you know what the delivery charge is. Most products are in the £2.99 to £5.99 delivery categories. Please note, if you add a loyalty gift to your cart you will not pay for the item but you will pay an additional £1 for the shipping and handling if you have already ordered another product. If you choose a loyalty product on its own you will need to pay £2.99 for shipping and handling. Tax Policy

If you buy goods, which have an unsuitable specification that was not apparent from our website, we will accept the return of the goods for any reason provided they are in the original packaging and they are still sealed, unopened and unused and we are notified within 7 days from the day after of you receiving the goods. Savapoint will refund any money paid for the goods Please ensure that you have the correct system requirements for Software products, as the cost of shipping is non-refundable for items ordered incorrectly.
