Shipping Policy
We only charge £19.99 for your first item, then just £5 for each additional item on your order. (Excluding Northern Ireland). We deliver all your new appliances together, however many you order, to make sure you only have one delivery date. We deliver your goods quickly – All appliances come from our central warehouse and are normally available for mainland UK delivery to all postcode areas within 3-7 working days. We deliver to most postcode areas 6 days a week to ensure that you can choose the day that best suits you (This excludes Northern Ireland and selected postcodes for the Isle of White). We will call you the evening before your delivery, between 5.30pm and 9.30pm (if your delivery is scheduled for Monday you will receive this call on Saturday morning between 9.30am and 1.30pm). If you decide to return your goods to us for any reason we do reserve the right to charge you £49.99 for collection. Refunds can only be made by the same method used for purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item within 7 days of receiving the delivery, please call the Appliance Deals customer help line (Tel: 0870 458 74 74) and advise a member of our team that you wish to return the product and the reason for return.
