Goods must be returned in pristine condition, complete with all contents and packaging. If you do need to return any item to us, please complete the returns section on the despatch note to indicate the reason for the refund or exchange, and the action you would like us to take for you (refund, replacement, or exchange for a different item) and please remember to include the despatch note in with your return parcel.
