Any items which are out of stock will be shipped as soon as your order is complete or as they become available where multi-shipment has been requested (please note that by choosing multi-shipments, you agree to pay for each parcel as it is sent to you). We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from any of our Simply Scuba stores, but if you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Under distance selling regulations you may cancel your order by returning any item up to 7 days from the day after delivery however we extend this for your convenience so any item may be returned for any reason within 28 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs), as long as it remains unused and in as new condition with all packaging and labels intact. The latest acceptable date for returns is printed on your delivery note for clarification. Please indicate on your delivery note the item(s) you are returning and the reason.
