Although we can deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Island, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses, delivery to these locations may take a little longer. When you have chosen the Products you want to buy from us, the delivery address will default automatically to the billing address you have entered for your payment card. You can return Products to any stand-alone New Look Store (excluding our concessions in department stores and factory outlets) for an exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase. Please ensure you bring the dispatch note with you as proof of purchase. We will refund the full price you paid for the Products, using the same method you used to pay for them. Refunds for Products bought online using PayPal will be made by issuing New Look credit vouchers.
