You can have your order delivered to any address in the UK by Standard or Next Day delivery. Remember that you will need someone to sign for Next Day deliveries. You can also choose to have your order sent free of charge to a UK Ernest Jones store of your choice for you to collect it. Please note that Standard and Next Day delivery are not available on store collection orders. Tax Policy

If you wish to return goods, you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Please telephone us if you would like to return your order and we will send you pre-paid labels so you can return them for free.
