If you are ever dissatisfied with any of your digital prints for any reason we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. We ask that the unsatisfactory pictures are returned to us, to investigate and to enable us to continue to provide the best quality prints in the future. If you request a refund it will be credited to the credit card listed in your Truprint account. If you request a replacement, we'll arrange for you to reorder the original items. We cannot re-submit or recreate orders.
