Shipping Policy
Please allow 10 days for delivery of your order. However, we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days and postage should take an additional one to two days. Dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to seven working days. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. For UK delivery orders are sent ”first class recorded signed for” via Royal Mail, so that means someone has to sign for the parcel and it can’t be left behind the hedge! We recommend you use a daytime address e.g. work address. If you are not in, Royal Mail will leave you a postcard asking you to pick up your parcel from the nearest sorting office. Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent using the Royal Mail Airsure service.

Return Policy
We want you to be delighted when you shop with us but we understand that with online purchasing, you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. We are happy to offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Sale items may be refunded within 7 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. After 7 days of receipt of order, sale items can only be returned in exchange for a credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Faulty items may be returned at any time. Please note, we are unable to refund postage paid unless the fault is with us. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you prefer, you can return items to our UK boutiques (not concessions in department stores).
