In general orders are dispatched on the day after they are received, however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow us 1-3 working days to receive your package. IF YOUR ORDER IS URGENT please call us on 01403 740350 and we will mark it as a priority. On your first order, we offer free delivery (mainland UK accounts with mainland UK delivery addresses only). Recipients of orders sent to destinations outside the EEC (including the Channel Islands) are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods. UK purchase tax (VAT) is not charged on such orders. VAT is deducted at the Checkout stage of ordering - after the delivery country has been specified. Payment Policy
Payment for goods ordered can be made by any major credit card or debit card. In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, Green People shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch. Return Policy
In the unlikely event that we supply goods that are faulty, we will exchange them or refund your payment. If for any other reason you wish to return goods we will exchange them or refund your payment. This does not affect your statutory rights. Green People will refund or replace any products if: 1. They were purchased direct from us within the last 28 days 2. They are returned with a completed Return Form.
