You will have 14 days to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and then a further 7 days to ensure the goods are returned to the warehouse. The complete returns process should take no longer than 21 days. Once you have obtained the number, write it along with your product return details in the Returns Form. Peel off the label and stick it on the parcel and post to us ASAP.
