Your personalized Smartbox™ will be delivered by Royal Mail Special delivery. Your Smartbox™ will normally be dispatched on the same day if ordered before 12pm and delivered the next working day (working day being Monday to Friday). Return Policy
If you are a consumer and have purchased your Smartbox™ from us using the telephone or our website, subject to paragraph 5.6 below you have the right to cancel the contract with Smartbox Experience Ltd at any time up to the end of seven working days starting the day after you receive your Smartbox™ and ask for a refund.
