Shipping Policy
We charge £2.45 for the packing and delivery of goods. This charge remains the same whatever the size of your order. When goods are in our warehouse and are in stock we deliver within 5-10 working days of approving your order. If delivery is likely to be longer, we will give you a likely delivery date. Tax Policy
All prices include VAT unless the product is exempt. No discount will be given on products where VAT is not chargeable, nor accountable to HM Customs & Excise or similar authority within the European Union. Where VAT is chargeable, we reserve the right to amend our prices to reflect any changes in VAT that may occur. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order in which to return any item to us. They must be in their original condition. Once we have received your returned goods, we will refund your money in full, using the same method by which you paid for them.
