Shipping Policy
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. Your order will be delivered to you during office hours (9-5pm), Monday to Friday . We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you. A signature will be required on delivery of the goods to you. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address will be proof that the order has been delivered. We can either deliver your order to the billing address for the card you use to pay for your order, or you can specify an alternative address, such as a workplace, univeristy or friend/family address (UK only) at checkout. The alternative delivery address must be in the UK (i.e. has a Royal Mail postcode). Return Policy
We operate a 365 day returns policy. We hope you love your new Schuh purchase! If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return the item to us with some form of proof of purchase. We will be happy to accept back unused items with 365 days. If the item is unused or faulty we will be able to offer a refund or an exchange. As Schuh does not offer a fitting service, please ensure that your shoes are a suitable fit before buying or using them. This is in addition to, and does not affect your consumer rights.
