Therefore if you wish to cancel your order and return any products for whatever reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the products to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Number and instructions for return. Sharp may at its discretion accept products back outside the 7 day no quibble period if they are faulty. However we will not accept claims of damage in transit or products not meeting their description outside that period.
