Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses and is inclusive on orders of £20 or more. For orders under £20 a £4.89 delivery supplement charge will be added. Upon receipt of your order for turf, topsoil, soil improver, bark & topdressing the Rolawn depot handling your order should contact you by telephone within the next two working days to discuss your delivery requirements. To ensure prompt delivery, when placing your order we ask for a daytime telephone number, where you can be easily reached. Tax Policy
All product pages show prices in (GBP) sterling, and include VAT. In the Basket and Checkout stages, prices are shown exclusive of VAT, with the total VAT displayed and included in the total. Payment Policy
Payment can be made by credit or debit card. Payment will be deducted from your credit card on the date when Rolawn accepts the order and delivers confirmation to you. Return Policy
You may cancel your Order at any point after you place your Order until the end of thirty days beginning with the day after the date on which you receive the Goods. If you cancel your Order and wish to return the Goods you should contact Rolawn using the details available at http://www.rolawndirect.co.uk. Goods must be returned complete, in an unused and undamaged condition at your expense and as soon as possible following your cancellation.
