This site is predominantly targeted at UK customers although we do deliver internationally. Please call us on 0844 800 8541 or email us to discuss international orders. Delivery is free on all orders over £95 to any UK mainland address. For orders under £95 we charge a small fee of £4.95 to cover postage & packaging. An extra charge may apply for Northern Ireland and other non-mainland addresses. Tax Policy

Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and in perfect, re--saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. delivery charge. If the item returned qualified for Free delivery or Free Next Day delivery, you will be charged for the respective cost £4.95 or £6.95. The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase, as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded Delivery.
