£5.95 delivery on orders below £250 or Free delivery to all UK Mainland addresses on orders over £250. We deliver to some offshore addresses but this incurs additional costs and customers should ring for advice on delivery times and prices. We use a variety of couriers and methods depending on the items that you have ordered and decide on the most efficient / reliable method depending on the size and weight of the order. Tax Policy

Under no conditions can goods be returned where they have been a special order or out of stock. If you change your mind about the products or order goods in error you can return it to us within 7 days subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. However this does not apply where goods ordered are "Special Order" or not from our own stocks. The goods should be well packed in their original packaging, using clear tape and marked only with the address label provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned items reach us in good condition.
