Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date. However, you can nominate an alternative delivery address if this is more convenient. We do not generally sell goods on a sale or return basis. However, if the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on 0845 223 2108 (Calls charged at national rate on BT Phone System) within 7 days of order receipt. When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have until the expiry of seven days of receipt to return the ordered products. The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from Half Price Perfumes.
