Shipping Policy
Orders are delivered by first class post or courier as appropriate and should be with you within a few days. Postage and packing fees are automatically calculated based on the weight of the products ordered (UK orders over £50 are sent free of charge) and will be added to the total which will be confirmed on screen before you finalise any payment. We do post to Europe and the rest of the world. The postage and packing rate is calculated by weight at 20g increments. Tax Policy

If for any reason you have received such an item and you feel you need to return it to us, then send it to the return address on the back of your parcel, enclosing a copy of the packing slip with your name, address and order number. Please note this must be within 14 days (non-working days inc.) of receiving your order. Failure to do so will result in an exchange or credit note only being offered. We will offer exchange or a credit note up to 28 days from the purchase date. We will not exchange or refund goods that are willfully / accidentally damaged, repaired or modified. All returns, credit notes and refunds offered are down to our discretion.
