Shipping Policy
We deliver to the UK, Europe and selected countries for free. Your order will usually be delivered within 2 to 3 working days by Jersey Post/Royal Mail. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Special Delivery orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Please allow 7 to 10 days for international orders. Tax Policy
The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable UK taxes including VAT. The price does not include any importation taxes applicable outside of the United Kingdom. Payment Policy

Make sure the product is packaged securely. Usually the bubble envelope that it arrived in can be used for the return. Include the delivery note that arrived with the product, giving a reason for the return using the checkboxes provided at the bottom of the delivery note. If you do not have the delivery note please include your full name and address, and if possible your order number. PLEASE SEND BY RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY. The maximum postage refunded for any recorded item will be £0.70, and will be done only on returned products that are faulty or had been delivered incorrectly. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post that are not sent by Recorded Delivery. Be sure to read the Returns Policy below before returning any products.
