Shipping Policy
We offer several types of delivery service: Standard Delivery (3-5 working days), Next Day Delivery, Named Day Delivery and In Time for Christmas. Our gifts are despatched by carrier for delivery to UK addresses. If your recipient is not in to take delivery of your gift, a card will be left for them to arrange a mutually agreeable time with the carrier to arrange redelivery. We regret we cannot deliver in the evenings, on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays or Christmas Eve. Delivery to Northern Ireland, The Isle Of Man, Scottish Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Jersey and Guernsey is possible but there is a surcharge for this service. Tax Policy
All prices include VAT at variable rates and duty charged at the rates prevailing. We reserve the right to amend prices according to change in duty. Not every item in a hamper is liable for VAT and therefore hampers may not incur a standard VAT rate of 15%. Payment Policy

We operate a 'No Quibble' policy for cancellation to allow you a cooling off period after placing your order. You may cancel your order for any reason provided you notify us of your cancellation in writing/email within seven working days of delivery; the goods remain unused and component parts are unopened; and you or the recipient retain and take reasonable care of the goods until collected by our carrier. We regret that you may not cancel an order containing cheese gifts or other fresh food once the order has been despatched. In addition to manufacturers' warranties we will offer a full refund or replace, free of charge, any item which, through manufacturing defect, becomes unusable within 12 months of delivery.
