Shipping Policy
We're currently offering free standard delivery on everything you order from 3sums.co.uk This promotion is subject to availability, and does not include gift vouchers, or next or named day deliveries. The carriers we use for dispatch are Royal Mail and ParcelForce. Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way.

Payment Policy
We offer various ways for you to pay for your order, including: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Solo, 3sums gift vouchers and 3sums.co.uk money-off coupons. You may use a combination of gift vouchers and any payment card we accept to pay for your order. We also accept cheques and postal orders made payable to 3sums limited. Please note that cheques and postal orders must clear in our account before any goods are dispatched.

Return Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return a product brought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange your product provided you the consumer are aware you have a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period. Soiled goods (dirty, smelling of smoke etc) will not be refunded. For reasons of hygiene, safety and copyright we regret that we cannot refund or exchange the following products unless they are faulty: bikinis, swimsuits, underwear, pierced jewellery, impact vests, DVDs or videos. Also due to there personalized nature we are unable to offer returns on decks that have had the grip tape fitted. Returns must be received at 3sums within 90 days of purchase. All returns must be returned with a returns number.
