Shipping Policy
All Free/Standard delivery orders to the UK mainland are despatched by Royal Mail or for heavier items by our courier. Delivery within 3-5 Days via Royal Mail is Free. Standard Delivery 1-3 Days (Royal Mail) = £2.50. Courier Delivery 1-2 Days (DHL 24) = £5.50. For Deliveries to the Republic Of Ireland we charge a flat rate of £14.99 for orders totalling £60 & below. For an order over £60 delivery is free. All orders are despatched via courier. For Deliveries to Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands we charge the same rates as UK mainland customers excluding courier deliveries, for orders over 2kg we may require additional payment. Return your order to us within 21 days. Complete with returns form. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels etc still attached. Once we've received them back, we will arrange to either credit you or replace the goods with a different size or colour, whichever you prefer. Certain products may need to be returned to our suppliers for inspection before a refund can be issued. Please note all complete orders (excluding exchanges, faulty goods and items returned within 7 days) returned for a refund will incur a £3.99 re-stocking fee.
