Shipping Policy
Our delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the items in your basket and the best method available to get them to you. Where possible we will use the postal service but if the weight of your order exceeds their limits, or the value of your order is over £40, we will use a courier service. For deliveries to the UK mainland the courier will normally deliver the next business-day after your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow at least 2-3 days for postal deliveries within the UK. Deliveries elsewhere will take a little longer. All orders over £50 will be delivered free of charge within the UK mainland.

Tax Policy
Where applicable all prices are subject to V.A.T. at the current rate. For delivery outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches the destination country.

Return Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised, made-to measure or perishable goods (such as food, plants or flowers) unless they are faulty.
