If you select standard delivery our normal delivery time for items in stock is up to 14 working days. Items delivered directly from the manufacturer may take a little longer. For an additional fee we offer an Express Delivery service of 2 working days for items in stock. Postage for the UK is £3.95 per order. Express Delivery to UK Mainland is an additional £6.95. Express Delivery to UK Isles is an additional £ 17.00. We regret that orders cannot be placed on-line for delivery outside the United Kingdom. Payment Policy

Any item can be returned, post free, in the original packaging, within 7 days of receipt for either replacement, exchange or a full refund as you prefer. At the bottom of your invoice is a prepaid label which needs to be attached to the parcel you wish to return. Please fill in the returns form on the back of your invoice and include this in the parcel. Returns normally take 10 working days to process.
