Shipping Policy
We endeavour to delivery our products to your doorstep in a timely and efficient manner. Orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 days, delivery will take place the following day. Some of our products are marked "2 Man Delivery", Please allow 7-14 days for delivery on these items. Delivery times to Northern and Repoublic of Ireland will be between 14-21 days. All orders under £50 are subject to a delivery charge of £4.99. Orders over £50 are delivered for free on an untimed delivery service. Orders to Scottish Highlands and Offshore locations will incur additional delivery costs. Tax Policy

A customer can return the item to GHD for an exchange or refund, providing GHD receives it within 15 days from the date of its original receipt by the customer. GHD must be contacted on 0800 389 0607 (office hours only) prior to the return of the items, which we will arrange for your order to be returned to us. Returned products must be received by GHD in good condition and all component parts, including any promotional products that may have been included in your purchase before refunds can be given. A note explaining the reason for return should also be enclosed. This does not affect your statutory rights. The customer bears the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.
