Shipping Policy
Newurban offers free delivery to all addresses within the United Kingdom. We use Royal Mail Recorded 2nd Class, which requires a signature. Orders are normally received within one week of posting, but please allow up to 21 days. We also offer an Express Delivery Service for addresses within the United Kingdom for an additional charge of £4.95. These are sent either by Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery to arrive by 1 p.m. the Next Working Day (Monday to Friday excluding Bank holidays) or by DHL which will arrive by 6 p.m. the Next Working Day. We offer worldwide delivery for a flat fee of £8.50 per order for all shipping addresses outside the United Kingdom. Tax Policy

All orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) are not subject to VAT and prices will automatically be adjusted down at checkout once the shipping address is confirmed.
