For UK customers, 2-3 Day service starts from £3.95 and goods are normally sent by Royal Mail; Special Delivery service starts from £7.95. Goods, wherever possible will be despatched to arrive next day, and are sent by Royal Mail or other courier. For European customers, we use Royal Mail International 'signed-for' service for most deliveries. Prices start from £7.95 and delivery normally takes 3-5 days. For deliveries to the rest of the world, we use Royal Mail International 'signed-for' service for most deliveries. Prices start from £9.95. Delivery normally takes 5-7 days, but can take longer in some cases. In all cases, the exact cost of delivery is automatically calculated according to weight and is shown when you checkout, before payment. Payment Policy

Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 7 days of receipt) and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or make a deduction from the original selling price from the refund amount.
