Planet Gizmo offers free delivery on every order over £75. We offer standard delivery and Citylink Next day Service within the UK. For deliveries in Europe, we offer standard international which can take up to 7 days and cost from £6.00. Tax Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, notify us by email to returns@planetgizmo.co.uk before we dispatch the goods to you; or where goods have already been dispatched to you, return the goods and/or any accessories and/or any offer items to us within 14 days of receipt. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund minus the cost of shipping or an exchange credit as required. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 5%. We will not accept returns where the product has been used (unless faulty) or in the case of software, audio or visual products, where the packaging has been unsealed.
