Shipping Policy
We aim to deliver your goods in 1 to 3 days, however please allow up 7 working days for delivery of your goods. We offer free delivery for orders with a total value of over £75.00. For orders with a total value of under £75.00, we charge £4.95 per order (UK mainland only). Rawgarden delivers to the majority of UK mainland postcodes. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£) and all prices are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 15%. Payment Policy

If you are not satisfied with the items you have chosen, please let us know by e-mail or in writing within 7 working days of receipt of your goods. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you prefer, a refund – provided that you return the unwanted goods to us in fully resaleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging. If these terms are not met, Rawgarden reserves the right to refuse a refund, or to deduct up to 20% of the selling price from the refund due.
