We offer free standard delivery to the UK Mainland (3-5 working days) and the Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands (7-10 working days). We also offer next day delivery within the mainland UK (excludes Northern Ireland, Ireland, Highlands and Islands) at £5.95. Worldwide standard delivery and BFPO delivery is also available. If you are not completely satisifed with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition for a complete and immediate refund. Books must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. If the item is damaged or incorrect our customer service team will arrange a replacement and collection. Where items are simply no longer required for any reason, the customer may have to pay the cost of returning the goods, but will receive a refund when the goods are received back in good condition. Authorisation to return goods must be obtained at all times.
