Shipping Policy
All orders are aimed to be dispatched within 24 hours of purchase on a weekday and 48 hours on a weekend. Delivery is charged on a per product basis, you will be informed of the cost of shipping during checkout. The maximum shipping charge is £5.99 no matter how big your order is and will be sent by Business-Post 24 hour service. (UK Mainland only). Tax Policy

All goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will refund your money. Unwanted goods are returned at your own cost. Goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you received your order. Broken or damaged goods in transit must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice.
