Shipping Policy
Our postage & packing rates are based upon weight. Small items such as greetings cards will be delivered by Royal Mail First Class post. Items up to 3.5kg will be delivered by Royal Mail First Class. Items over 3.5kg will be delivered by Parcel Force. All items for delivery outside the U.K. are sent by Airmail. We reserve the right to send any parcel out by the best service possible. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, Delta and JCB. Return Policy
If any item is not what you required then just notify us by email/post (stating reason for return) within 30 days of receipt. We will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead. When refunding the customer, postage costs on the original order are not refunded. Items must be returned in a resaleable condition otherwise no refund can be given. Please send items back via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty). No refunds/exchanges are available on earrings or body jewellery for hygiene reasons. There will also be no refunds for personalised items unless a mistake has been made by us. Any returned Experience Day Vouchers will incur an administration cost of £15.
