Shipping Policy
Please read carefully the Availability information against each product this will tell you how long after you have ordered the product that it will despatched. You will be required to pay extra for delivery unless otherwise stated. It might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. You will be provided with the total price of the transaction including postage and packing before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden extra costs. You can use Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron. Return Policy
If any item is not what you required then just notify us by email/post (stating reason for return) within 30 days of receipt. We will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead. When refunding the customer, postage costs on the original order are not refunded. Items must be returned in a resaleable condition otherwise no refund can be given. Please send items back via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty). There will also be no refunds for personalised items unless a mistake has been made by us. Any returned Experience Day Vouchers will incur an administration cost of £15.
