Shipping Policy
We hold 100's of beds in stock for immediate delivery. Other special order items we will normally deliver to you within 21 working days. Once your order has been placed an approximate delivery date will be confirmed to you along with your order confirmation. In the majority of instances your goods will be delivered by a specialist delivery company called Furniture Logistics who operate on our behalf. Deliveries are normally made Monday - Friday between 8.00am and 8.00pm. Please note: We are able to deliver to the UK mainland only, regrettably we are unable to deliver to Ireland and the Channel Islands. Tax Policy

Please contact us within 7 days to let us know you are returning any items. We will need to know your order reference, the model name and size of the model you are returning and the date you ordered. You may deliver the goods back to our warehouse or alternatively we can arrange collection at a minimum cost of £50 which we will deduct from the refund. Returned items must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept back any mattresses that have been removed from the original packaging. Please note this returns policy does not apply to items that have been specifically tailored to your requirements or special order items which may be subject to a restocking fee.
